Regular Zoning Planning Board meetings are held on the first Monday of each month

The Town of Unionville Planning Board is developing a new Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), which will replace the current Land Use Ordinance. With the assistance of their planning consultants, N-Focus, the Board will review proposed sections of the UDO during their monthly meetings.

Due to the volume of material, draft articles will be posted here each month for public awareness. Please note that these are draft versions and are subject to change prior to full adoption by the Town Council.
