** (3/22/2024) The Town of Unionville Planning Board will hold its regular meetings on the first Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at Unionville Volunteer Fire Department #22, 3229 Concord Highway, Monroe, NC 28110 beginning with the November 6, 2023 meeting and concluding with the April 1, 2024 meeting. The purpose of the location change is due to Town Hall renovations.** Regular Zoning Planning Board meetings are held on the first Monday of each month Town Hall | 7:30pm Any individual with a disability that needs an interpreter or other auxiliary aids or services for this meeting should call (704) 226-1989 at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting.
